We only accept returns or refunds for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Please note:

  • Returns for change of mind, size, or style preferences are not accepted.

  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging, and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  1. The product arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence required)

  2. The item has not arrived within 45 days of purchase

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier services.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — we do not cover reshipping for incorrect addresses.

  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
